  3. Trial offers access to some of our courses for a period of 4 weeks. You are able to purchase optional digital content in form of certificates or course material, not a subject to trial.

  1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for our service will be billed on a on a recurring basis in accordance with your membership plan. You will be billed to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership. We may attempt to collect partial payment should the full payment fail.

Should you choose to reactivate, your subscription will start again and your next subscription will be charged to your account. 4. Pause membership: If you choose the Pause Membership option, your membership will be paused for a period (as decided by you) for up to one month. During this timeframe, you won’t have access to upcoming classes. When your Pause timeframe ends, your membership will resume immediately at the point at which you paused. Eg, if you were 15 days into a 28 day trial, you will have 15 days left of a trial when you resume membership.

  5. Lower Price Plan: If you choose a lower price plan called a ‘One Course Plan’, your existing subscription will continue until the end of its existing timeframe before changing over to the One Course Plan. For example, if you are on a Trial and opt for a One Course Plan, your Trial period will continue until the end of the 28 days, and then your new plan will commence. Also if you are on an existing higher priced plan eg 3 month subscription, your current subscription as it already paid for will continue and you will have membership benefits consistent with that plan. At the end of that subscription timeframe, your plan will then switch to One Course Plan.
